Designed in 2023 with a contemporary touch, this space reflects a classy hotel aesthetic, incorporating a soft minimalistic interior. The client's vision inspired the use of natural and tactile materials, such as oak wood cladding, cream chipboard, antique mirrors, and ultra-clear mirrors. The chosen neutral warm-toned color theme creates a harmonious atmosphere throughout, with consistency in the use of wood for all features, contributing to a seamless design.
The original layout of the apartment, with windows on both sides, was preserved to maintain an open and visually uncluttered feel. This layout allowed for the placement of functional areas without creating visual noise. The flooring, crafted from natural Carrara marble, adds a touch of luxury and timelessness to the space.
Hidden doors enhance the minimalist aesthetic, contributing to the sleek and unobtrusive design. In the washroom, custom full-length floor-to-ceiling ultra-clear mirrors create an illusion of spaciousness, accompanied by hidden warm-toned lighting. Marble countertops and soft-close wooden drawers add a refined touch to the washroom's design. This contemporary apartment design successfully combines functionality with a sophisticated aesthetic, meeting the client's desire for a classy and harmonious living space.
